Jonny Bairstow's brisk 46 off 30 balls and Rilee Rossouw's aggressive 43 off 23 balls steered Punjab past Chennai's modest total of 162 for seven, anchored by skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad's resilient 62 off 48 balls.
