'Too late': memory lapses saw children die in hot cars

The tragic deaths of two young children who were left in hot cars will not be in vain after a coroner made recommendations aimed at preventing future tragedies.

A three-year-old boy could not be saved after being found in his parent's car outside a shop in Glenfield in Sydney's southwest on February 2, 2023.
