Too Deep To Quit was revealed during The Triple-i Initiative 2026 showcase and is a fun co-op adventure game that takes you into cursed temples to hunt for treasure.
Revealed at The Triple-i Initiative 2026 showcase on April 9, Too Deep To Quit promises to deliver the levels of co-op fun alongside games like PEAK and RV There Yet?. The game is developed by Demon Max – a team that brought us another co-op hit, Guilty as Sock!, and is set to release sometime in 2026.
Too Deep To Quit is about exploring ancient temples, where you may come across loot from previous explorers (which may include cigars, canned food, and other stuff) and, of course, treasure. But much like in any adventure of this kind, expect everything inside those temples to kill you.
There’s local fauna, like spiders and snakes. All sorts of traps, from trash compactor-style walls to arrows and spikes. And as you might expect from a game giving off Indiana Jones vibes, a giant boulder chasing you down the hallway.

And if the temple doesn’t kill you, there’s always a chance that your friend decides to prank you with a stick of dynamite. Because the best part of these games is the chaos created by you and your friend group, which is why indies like PEAK and R.E.P.O. became so popular.
As an example, PEAK is a co-op climbing game where you must reach the peak of a mountain, making use of items you find along the way, and trying not to get killed by a million things. Games like these focus on teamwork and using proximity chat – a golden formula for creating hilarious moments. In that sense, the games seem very similar.
Even Too Deep To Quit‘s HUD resembles PEAK, so if you played it before and want something similar, this might be the perfect game for you. There’s no exact release date just yet, but the current target is 2026.
