Tommy Fury appeared to confuse and 'panic' a number of his social media followers as he paid tribute to his girlfriend on her first Mother's Day. The boxer posted a video of Molly-Mae Hague looking casual, and clearly besotted, as she spent time with Bambi.
Setting the video to John Legend track, Wonder Woman, the boxer penned: "I couldn’t have asked for a better mother to our little girl. We love you our Wonder Woman…Happy Mother’s Day." Molly-Mae was quick to respond as she said in the comments: "I love you both so much."
But it appears that Tommy has gained a number of international fans who were left worried they had completely missed the annual occasion, which has a different date depending on where you are in the world.

And Tommy, 23, made sure to pull out all the stops for his partner to make the special occasion, whisking her and their two-month old daughter down to London for a special surprise. Taking to Instagram, Molly-Mae, also 23, shared how she was left 'speechless' as she was spoilt rotten with a stay at the swanky £2,000-a-night Corinthia Hotel.
After spending most of the day at home in Manchester with their little one, Molly-Mae shared a mirror selfie of her carrying Bambi in her arms, writing: "Daddy has organised a surprise for us this evening."
And it wasn't just the break away as the new mum later toured the luxurious room and gave her millions of Instagram followers a glimpse into the celebrations. The room had been decked out with a huge sign read 'Happy Mother's Day Mama' as well as a cardboard cut out of their daughter's namesake - Disney's Bambi - resting in different parts of the room.
Influencer Molly-Mae declared herself the 'luckiest Mumma in the world' and said her 'heart exploded' as she took in the surprise, which also included countless balloons that had been tied with pictures of her with their baby girl, who was born in January in a hospital in the capital.
Over the video, Molly-Mae said she was 'speechless' before holding up one of the photographs of her baby girl and wrote: "All my favourite pics of my girl. My heart has exploded @tommyfury."
Earlier on in the day, Molly gushed over being a mother to her baby daughter, who was born in January. The creative director for fashion brand PrettyLittleThing paid tribute to her own mum and grandmother as she posted a picture of all four generations together on her Instagram.
The star tugged at heartstrings as she opened up her photo collection. "Four generations," she wrote proudly with the snap of the ladies together with Bambi. "Happy Mother's Day to my beautiful mum and Bambi's great nana." Molly-Mae then shared a picture of the newborn with the words: "Being your mum is an honour little girl." And she penned a heartfelt message to her daughter with a picture of the first-time mum cradling her next to a picture of her Disney namesake.
She said: "Here's to the many years of kissing your face a million times a day (until you get embarrassed) I will always do my best each day to be the best mummy to you."
