Tommy Fury has said he’s excited about having a baby with Molly-Mae Hague, admitting that starting a family is on the cards for the “not so distant future”.
The 23-year-old boxer, who met his girlfriend on Love Island, revealed he wants four children with Hague, 22, and that the couple is also likely to have a spur of the moment engagement.
Speaking to The Sun about his future plans, Fury explained that the decision to start a family will be a joint one.
“I want four kids but it’s Molly’s body and she’s the one who has to go through it - but I’ll be there with her every step of the way,” he told the publication.
“I’m a big family man and come from a big family too and it’s something we talk about a lot. I don’t think it’s in the far too distant future…”
Fury also added: “We’re so young but we’ve been living together for three years now - we shared a bed the night we met and then every day after that for months so it’s like we’ve been together six years.”
The boxer also said that the couple’s lifestyle wouldn’t change too much if they welcomed a baby into the picture. The couple rarely party and are happy to settle down.
The lovebirds are currently in the US, where they are enjoying a romantic break amid swirling rumours of an engagement.
However, Fury also revealed he wouldn’t have a plan for getting down on one knee, saying: “Everyone is assuming we’re getting engaged but nobody will ever know when I’m going to as I’m a spur of the moment type of guy, I don’t plan things, if I’m going to do it I will just do it.”
Fury met Hague on the set of ITV’s Love Island in 2019. The fan favourites have gone from strength-to-strength ever since.
After moving on from the reality dating show, the couple has both enjoyed massive successes in their respective careers.
