Tommy Fury's dad John has revealed an agreement is close for a fight against YouTube star KSI this year.
Popular influencer KSI made his return to the ring at the weekend when he stopped ex-professional fighter Joe Fournier in controversial fashion. However despite the potential prospect of a no contest being declared following footage of an illegal elbow, KSI came face-to-face with rival Fury and the pair were separated by security after a heated altercation in the ring.
Their face-to-face came after Mirror Fighting broke the news that the pair were in talks over a potential showdown which is expected to take place before the end of the year. And in a fresh update on negotiations, Fury's father John has suggested that the fight will happen before the end of 2023.
