Tommy Fury addresses Jake Paul leaking baby news as Molly-Mae shares sweet snap of Bambi and makes first admission

Tommy Fury has addressed the news of his daughter's birth being leaked by boxing rival Jake Paul during his first interview since officially announcing he has become a dad. The Manchester boxer and girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague announced earlier this week that they had welcomed their first child into the world.

The loved-up couple, who met and fell in love on Love Island in 2019, confirmed that their daughter, who they have since announced they have named Bambi, had arrived on Monday (January 30) as she turned a week old after making her entrance into the world on January 23.

Molly-Mae and Tommy, both 23, shared their daughter's birth date alongside a smiling picture of the doting parents holding their bundle of joy while still in the hospital. The sweet black and white snap was simply captioned "23/01/23," and was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages.

Influencer Molly-Mae then returned to social media 24 hours later, on Tuesday (January 31), to confirm her daughter's much-anticipated name. She shared a photo of her daughter lying in her cot in her stunning white nursery, and her name was written in lights above the newborn. "Bambi" she wrote alongside a white love heart for her precious bundle of joy.

But before the official announcement of their baby girl's arrival from the couple, it was speculated that Molly-Mae had already given birth following a comment from Jake Paul after it was announced that he and Tommy would finally be meeting in the ring.

YouTuber turned MMA fighter Jake, 26, said on Twitter last week: "Tommy has no excuses now…Baby’s born. Money’s massive. Immigration no issue. Tyson promises he & Papa will make Tommy retire from boxing & change his last name if he can’t beat the YouTuber.

Now, Tommy, 23, has spoken to Talk TV host Piers Morgan about Jake's comments before their official announcement. Brushing his upcoming opponent's comments off, Tommy told the former GMB star: "At the end of the day, all Jake Paul can do from wherever he is in this world is speculate, and that’s all that was.

Jake also later addressed his message, telling Sport Bible: "Did I do that? I leaked it? Oh s***. My bad. I’m sorry, Tommy. But don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone the gender or anything like that." He added: "Yeah. It’s a bit bizarre. Two of his biggest life moments in a very short time period here. I was telling my friends: I don’t know how he’s mentally going to be able to deal with that. If I had a kid, I wouldn’t want to be showing up at the gym, so I think it’s going to be a distraction for him."

However, Jake, who is set to take on rival Tommy in the ring in Saudi Arabia on February 26, has since been slammed for a second time after fans spotted the comment "just in time to watch your dad get knocked out" under the messages of congratulations following Bambi's birth, which has since been deleted.

Meanwhile, Molly-Mae and Tommy don't appear to be letting anything burst their baby bubble with the new mum sharing a new snap. She took to Instagram on Wednesday evening (February 1) as she tuned in to see Tommy on Piers Morgan Uncensored.

She posted a photo from the living room of the pair's plush Cheshire home showing Bambi resting in a cosy bed and blankets. "HELLO DADDDAAAA," Molly-Mae wrote alongside the video before making a candid admission.

The Pretty Little Thing Creative Director shared a photo of some new body and skin care products that her man had picked up for her. "Stocked me up @tommyfury," she penned before the new mum added: "Not much time for the self care at the moment though," alongside a crying laughing face.
