Tomás Ó Sé joked that Tyrone were suffering from long Covid after their All-Ireland Senior Football Championship quarter-final defeat to Kerry.

The Kingdom cruised to victory against the 2021 All-Ireland champions in a game that was the first Championship meeting between the sides since their semi-final meeting two years ago.

That last four clash was pushed back a week due to a Covid outbreak in the Tyrone squad, with the Red Hands winning the rearranged match before going on to lift the Sam Maguire.
