Tom Parker 's widow Kelsey Parker said she felt "emotionally drained" earlier, especially as work projects have meant she's been talking about difficult aspects of her life.
It's been a challenging time for the mother-of-two, 32, as her late husband Tom - who had been diagnosed with brain cancer in 2020 - passed away in March aged 33.
Kelsey - who runs a performing arts academy alongside other projects, including some related to Tom's legacy - is raising their children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, almost two.
Taking to social media on Wednesday, the mother-of-two candidly spoke about feeling "quite emotional" in a video, saying it has left her feeling tired and drained.
Kelsey explained: "So I just went and got my nails done. I was in the shop and the guy was like to me 'are you tired?' and I was like 'you know what I am actually really tired'.
"But it's a weird tired. I just feel like at the moment work is taking me to a place where obviously it's quite emotional and I'm talking about a lot of things that's emotional."
Kelsey continued: "So I just think I'm like emotionally drained." She added that she has "amazing days" but that today unfortunately didn't appear to be one of them.

"Don't get me wrong, I have amazing days and really good days with the kids, but I think today's one of those days that I just literally feel so drained," she commented.
Kelsey - who held a charity event last month and has been doing interviews - said: "[I feel] drained of everything. Drained of life [and] of you know what's happened to me."
She added sitting in the nail salon had given her plenty of time to reflect on her life, which she suggested had contributed to her feeling "emotionally drained".
Kelsey said: "I've just been to Cornwall for a week. There wasn't lots of thinking time [because we were so busy]". She however said that it was different getting her nails done.
She explained: "Sitting in the nail shop [gave] me too much time to think and I got in my head". She assured fans that she would work on being positive for the rest of the day.
