Tom Parker's funeral location as his widow asks fans to line the route for final journey

Tom Parker, The Wanted singer who died at the age of just 33, will be laid to rest tomorrow in a private ceremony in south-east London.

The father-of-two tragically lost his battle with a type of brain cancer called glioblastoma last month.

Back in 2020, Tom announced his diagnosis of the stage four disease and had been sharing his journey online.

However, the disease was inoperable, with Tom leaving behind his wife Kelsey Parker and their two children, daughter Aurelia and son Bodhi.

Kelsey announced Tom's death on social media, she penned: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side.

"Our hearts are broken.

"Tom was the centre of our world and we can’t imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence.

"We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom’s light continues to shine for his beautiful children."

Kelsey made a brave statement on April 13 on Instagram, talking directly to people who wanted to come and pay their respects to the singer at his funeral.

Kelsey Parker has encouraged people to line the funeral route that they will take to the church, having shared an address for people to head to for 10am on April 20.

While the service itself will be a private affair for those closest to Tom, Kelsey said there will be screens outside of the church for anyone who wants to watch the service.

Where is Tom Parker’s funeral?

The funeral itself is due to take place at the Saint Francis of Assisi Parish Church in Petts Wood, BR5 1QW at 10:45am.

Kelsey has encouraged people to line the route in Petts Wood to the church where the ceremony is being held in Queensway, south-east London.

There are expected to be screens outside of the church.

In her full statement, Kelsey wrote: "Thomas Anthony Parker. There will be a private celebration of life on Wednesday 20th April.

“We know many of you would like to pay your respects as well, so would love for you to join us in Petts Wood from 10am.

“It would be beautiful to have everyone line the route as we head to our private service.

“You are then welcome to join us outside the church for the duration where the service will be relayed on screens."

Wellwishers and mourners have been given the following address, which is where crowds are expected to gather from 10am on April 20: Queensway, Petts Wood BR5 1DG.

They are encouraged to line the route between there and the church.
