Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton are said to be getting used to the struggles of parenthood after reports claim the actress has given birth to their first child.
The Fresh Meat star, 38, confirmed her pregnancy back in June while attending the Mr Malcolm's List premiere in New York City.
Despite her fiancé Tom, 41, also appearing in the movie, he hadn't attended the red carpet where Zawe showcased her blossoming baby bump in a floor-length dress.
Zawe's appearance was just two weeks after Tom confirmed to the Los Angeles Times that he was "very happy" after getting down on one knee and asking the actress to marry him.
Speaking to US Weekly, a source close to the couple said: "Tom and Zawe are loving being new parents and are filled with joy.
"They have been having the struggles of new parents and aren't sleeping much but are thrilled."
The Mirror has contacted Zawe and Tom's representatives for comment.
Tom and Zawe appeared to hint at their engagement during the BAFTAs in March earlier this year when she was spotted wearing a rather large diamond ring on her finger.
Television host and former Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Odudu shared a snap as she posed with Tom and Zawe, while her ring finger took centre stage.
Sources claim that once inside the ceremony, celebrity pals congratulated the couple on their news but Zawe was keen to hide her finger while posing on the red carpet.
Since meeting in 2019, the pair have opted to keep their relationship as private as possible, before confirming they were an item as they were pictured kissing on the beach in Ibiza in September 2021.
They went on to make their first red carpet appearance together at the Tony Awards in New York City in the same month.
It's believed that their relationship has gone from strength to strength with sources suggesting Zawe and Tom made the decision to move in with one another after just several months.
Sources suggested they were "very well suited and enjoy the quieter side of life," after they reportedly moved to Atlanta, Georgia.
Tom hit the headlines in September 2016 following his whirlwind romance with Taylor Swift, with the pair going on to call it a day after just three months.
Speaking about his newfound approach to relationships, Tom told the New York Times in August 2019: "I'm protective about my internal world now in probably a different way.
"If you go through life without connecting to people, how much could you call that a life? Because you have to fight for love. You can't live in fear of what people might say."
