Tom Hardy left fans stunned after he did a spot of Christmas Eve shopping in a toy store.
Leaving it a little late, the Hollywood star was searching for a gift for his son Louis, 14, in Stockton, Teesside.
Nicole Ryder, 28, was also shopping for her kids when she came face-to-face with her "celebrity crush".
She had been trying to park in the car park when a man started to move empty trolleys out of an empty space for her.
When she got out of the car she realised it was none other than Tom Hardy, 45.
"We were behind him in the car park he got out of the car and moved some trolleys from an empty parking space so he could park there," she told Gazette Live.
"He gave us a wave for waiting behind him and my partner couldn't believe his eyes and as he said, 'that's Tom Hardy!'
"I looked up and couldn't quite believe it! We then parked near him with a van between us and as I got out of the car I was going to ask for a picture but I didn't think he would want to be bothered by me."
"I love him and he's been a celebrity crush of mine for a long time," she added.
As well as being a helpful citizen, Tom was also seen giving a homeless man money.
"As we walked in he gave some money to the homeless man outside of the shop which just goes to show he's just a normal kind-hearted bloke," Nicole said.
"We then went and got what we needed in the shop [but] I just couldn't leave without going to see him, so I found him in one of the aisles and plucked up the courage to ask him if I could have a photo."
Nicole admitted to the actor that she was "too nervous" to ask for a photo when she spotted him in the carpark.
However, she plucked up the courage to ask him for a selfie once she was in the store, and making all her Christmas wishes come true - he said yes.

"He was so kind as to say yes. I said, 'thank you' and wished him a Merry Christmas and he replied with the same. I went about my day completely star-struck!" she said.
Nicole wasn't the only fan who had her day made, Eliza Cartwight, 13, and her dad Michael also came face-to-face with Hardy.
He kindly posed for photos with them too, making their Christmas Eve very special.
Star-struck Eliza's dad told the Chronicle: "She was over the moon, it definitely made her Christmas.
"We'd just been to the Middlesbrough stadium to pick up some tickets and they'd given her some free stuff as well, so she was already on cloud nine. Then to go there as our next stop and bump into Tom Hardy she was just overwhelmed. I don't think she'll ever forget this one."
However, one person devastated not to be lucky enough to meeting the A-lister was Eliza's mum, and Tom Hardy super-fan, Emma, who was at home making sure everything was ready for Christmas.
