Tom Brady has been told he can help the Las Vegas Raiders to a Super Bowl before he retires, with his departure from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers expected to be confirmed.
The 45-year-old quarterback will become a free agent once the season ends, and it remains unclear what he will do in 2023 - retire or return for his 24th season.
