The Raiders made a monumental move in their continued rebuild late last week, opting to trade star defensive end Maxx Crosby to the Ravens in exchange for two first-round picks, including the No. 14 selection in the 2026 NFL draft. 

At the crux of it all? Minority (the operative word here) owner Tom Brady, whose influence over the franchise—while welcomed by Mark Davis & Co.—has gone far from smoothly.
