'Tis the season at Tokyo Skytree to get ready for snow, clumps of which fall every year from the tower's steel frame, sometimes hitting the roofs of private homes and other buildings.
Skytree first opened 10 years ago, and over that time, its management company has improved its techniques and equipment to prevent harm from falling snow.
