Chelsea fans are still waiting for their side to make their first signing of the summer transfer window with plenty of work to do ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
Antonio Rudiger has already left to join Real Madrid while Andreas Christensen, Romelu Lukaku, Cesar Azpilicueta and Timo Werner could all join the German out the door. Todd Boehly has promised Thomas Tuchel a transfer kitty of £200 million for the summer, with an overhaul possible before the new campaign.
A number of big names have been linked with moves to Stamford Bridge this summer and there will be little rest for those in charge of the club. With that in mind, football.london runs you through the latest rumours.

Reece James action
Right wing-back Reece James is one of Tuchel's most prized assets and the manager will not want to lose him any time soon. So news that both Real Madrid and Manchester City are eyeing a future transfer will have set many pulses racing in west London.
But Boehly is not about to let something like that happen on his watch. A report from The Telegraph states that the new chairman is making it his personal mission to ensure the player is tied down to a new deal this summer to halt any chance of a future move.
Declan Rice approach rejected
It is no secret by this point that Chelsea want to sign West Ham midfielder Declan Rice this summer but he is not going to come cheap. Nevertheless, the Blues are not giving up and reportedly put in a fresh approach for the 23-year-old on Friday.
However, any optimism was short-lived as the Hammers rejected the move almost immediately, according to 90Min, reemphasising that they would not be selling Rice for anything less than £150 million. Chelsea are expected to return with a new offer, however.
Kalvin Phillips impact
Elsewhere in the Premier League, Manchester City are closing in on the signing of Leeds midfielder Kalvin Phillips. The reigning champions are set to splash £42 million on the England international and it piles further pressure on Chelsea.
The Blues finished 19 points adrift of City last season and that gap could widen if they do not get a move on in the transfer window. Declan Rice is seemingly their only midfield target but that may need to change with the Hammers demanding £150 million and Tuchel in need of reinforcements.
