Chelsea striker Armando Broja is set to hold talks with Todd Boehly at some point this week over his future at the club. That's according to the Evening Standard, who are reporting that this week could be a defining period in the much sought-after forward's career.
Broja spent the 2021/22 season on loan at Southampton – scoring six goals for the Saints in what was a mixed spell for the 20-year-old. The Slough-born Albania international has come up through the Chelsea academy, but his future could be away from the club if he isn't guaranteed a spot in the first-team squad next season.
football.london has been told Everton manager Frank Lampard is a big fan of Broja. Lampard handed Broja his Premier League debut for Chelsea in March 2020 against the Toffees in a 4-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
