Bailey surprise interest
Chelsea are weighing up a surprise move for Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey as Graham Potter seeks to add some needed vigour to the Blues attack.
Despite being in eighth place, there are only seven teams in the Premier League who have scored less than Chelsea's 17 goals in the opening few months of the season. Bailey joined Villa from Bayern Leverkusen for £25million in the summer of 2021 and after a tough first season where the Jamaican international struggled with injuries, he has scored four goals this campaign.
Christopher Nkunku and Rafael Leao are two of the top European forwards who have been closely-linked with Chelsea but Bailey has emerged as a shock target for Todd Boehly, however it may rely heavily on the future of Christian Pulisic.

Bellingham's preferred destination
Chelsea have suffered a minor setback in their transfer race against a number of top European clubs for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham. The 19-year-old is wanted by several Premier League teams as well as Chelsea while Spanish giants Real Madrid are also among those hoping to acquire his services.
According to Spanish news outlet Sport, Madrid are not prepared to meet the German side's valuation of Bellingham, which currently stands at an eye-watering £130million. However, a new report from AS states those close to Bellingham feel as though he has his heart set on playing for the Champions League holders.
Ziyech set for World Cup transfer audition
January will likely be a frantic month for Todd Boehly and Graham Potter as they seek to add reinforcements to the Chelsea squad, but it could also be a busy period for outgoings. Many Chelsea stars, including Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech, could seek more first-team minutes away from Stamford Bridge in the January window.
The 2022 World Cup has perhaps come at the perfect time for Ziyech and Pulisic, who are both talismans for their respective country's, in the United States and Morocco.
Planeta Milan is reporting that Ziyech is hoping to have an impressive World Cup that will prompt the interest of AC Milan who have been linked with bringing the former Ajax man to Italy.
