The £4.25bn takeover of Chelsea Football Club is set to be completed by a group spearheaded by US businessman Todd Boehly.
The new owners will bring an end to sanctioned Roman Abramovich's free-spending 19-year reign as Chelsea boss - although Boehly is set to make fresh funds available to manager Thomas Tuchel for a big window of summer spending.
The 46-year-old Boehly is the face of the group that has finally received government and Premier League approval. But there are several other key figures involved who have received less attention during the past two months during a high-profile saga.
