Today's Public Health Scotland Covid infection rate data for all 32 Scots councils as 5,887 cases reported

A further 5,887 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Scotland as the number of people in hospital with the disease continues to fall.

Data published by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland show there are currently 1,206 patients with Covid in Scottish hospitals, which is down 96 from Friday..

There are currently 33 people being treated with the disease in ICUs across the nation.
