A new documentary is set to lift the lid on the secrets behind one of the nation's favourite restaurants chains.
Channel 5 documentary Toby Carvery: How Do They Do It? will be revealing everything that makes the buffet venue tick, from its financial ins and outs to the everyday runnings and preparing for the all important dinner service.
Viewers will also be advised on how to make the best roast potatoes to the ideal size and dimensions of a Yorkshire pudding. Toby Carvery has over 150 locations across the UK and was founded nearly four decades ago.
