TK Maxx is to open a new shop in the now-vacant Debenhams site in Westfield, London.
The bargain retailer will open a 30,000sq ft shop in the White City mall in the autumn, according to The Evening Standard.
Its parent company TJX Europe said this is one of four new branches set to launch in the UK this year - but the other locations have not yet been revealed.
TK Maxx has also not said when its new store in Westfield could open.
The spokesman said: “Plans for this exciting 30,000 square foot space are well underway and we’ll be working round the clock to bring West London customers our unique mix of incredible products at amazing prices.”
It comes after it was reported that TK Maxx had launched a search for sites in London as part of huge expansion plans.
The chain is currently working on a new store in Watford which is expected to open in the summer.
TK Maxx confirmed in January that it was going to open a site at the atria Watford shopping centre.
The home and clothing retailer has around 58 shops in London and around 350 across the UK.
TK Maxx is one of many brands planning an expansion this year, in what will be a further boost for the UK high street.
Greggs plans to open 150 new branches this year, as well as refurbishing another 150 and relocate 40 of its shops to larger sites.
On top of this, the bakery giant will trial a 24-hour drive thru service and a further 300 shops will see their opening hours extended to 9pm this year.
Another eight to 10 drive-thru locations will open this year, adding to the 17 drive-thrus currently spotted across the UK.
Primark is also embarking upon an expansion spree over 2023, with plans to open 27 new stores during the financial year.
Several of these stores will be in the US but new openings are also in store for the UK, with announcements including shops in Bury St Edmunds, Salisbury, Teesside Park and Craigavon.
Some existing stores will also be refurbished, the brand has said.
