Lewis Capaldi has officially revealed the title of his latest album called 'Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent'.
In addition to his new album tease, he also released 31 dates for his upcoming tour just this week - with Glasgow set to be one of them.
However whilst Tuesday (October 18) was supposed to be the first time we heard the album title, it turns out this isn't actually the case.

In a TikTok uploaded by Josh C on Wednesday (October 19), a video which was screen recorded shows the Scottish singer and songwriter playing music and the name of the album title is heard in the song with the caption "Lewis Capaldi leaked his new album over two years ago."
In the video Lewis says: "My album is called 'Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent' and it's named after this song that I don't think is finished yet.
"So here we go, turn it up" before adding: "I wrote this with Jo" as he started to play the song with the rest of what he says being unintelligible.
Playing the music the lyrics "broken by desire to be heavenly sent, divinely uninspired to a hellish extent" can be heard followed by other lyrics including "when my heart stops beating, will I still feel the same?" and "well I hope I figure it out."
The lyrics, according to Google, are part of an unreleased track called 'Figure It Out' with clips of the 26-year-old singing the song back in 2018 as part of a live performance.
Whilst others in the comments pointed out that the song is in fact unreleased, many were hopeful that the beautiful track would make the cut in his upcoming album.
One said: "Literally says the album name so must be! He did say he’d been working on it three years."
Another added: "It’s called 'Figure It Out' we’ve been begging since 2017 for him to release Figure It Out."
"This has got to be on the new album" a third commented with a fingers crossed emoji.
Only time will tell with the album set to be released on May 19 2023, safe to say we will be keeping an eye out for this song!
