The Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars will close out their respective 2023 regular seasons on Sunday when they meet at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.
Going into this game, the Jaguars are hoping to continue their season into the playoffs, which they can do simply with a win. However, if they get upset by Tennessee, Jacksonville will not win the division and will also need help to secure the No. 7 seed.
The Titans, on the other hand, have nothing to play for after having been eliminated weeks ago. The focus now is on draft position, which the Titans have a chance to improve with a loss and some help.

So, does our staff think the Titans can play spoiler in Week 18? Find out now as Mike Moraitis and Shaun Calderon make their prediction and pick for Tennessee’s upcoming contest versus Jacksonville.
Our records
Mike Moraitis: 6-10
Shaun Calderon: 4-12
Shaun dropped to 12 losses on the season after picking the Titans to win last week. Nobody can ever accuse Shaun of being a pessimist when it comes to his beloved team.
I improved my mark and clinched the better record over Shaun after correctly picking Houston to beat Tennessee last week, although a pathetic 6-10 record certainly isn’t something to write home about.
Now, our Week 18 picks and predictions.
Shaun Calderon's pick
In what could be Derrick Henry’s final game as a Titan, I expect him to do everything possible to play well. However, in the end, I think a motivated Jaguars team ends up being too much for a depleted a Titans roster.
Final score prediction: Jaguars 24, Titans 20
Mike Moraitis' pick
I don’t expect anything to improve for the Titans’ offense going into the final week of the season. The unit will continue to be stagnant, leading to another forgettable performance on the offensive side of the ball, something that has become commonplace this season.
What I do expect is for the Titans’ defense to put up a fight in the first half, keeping things closer than the Jags would like. However, Jacksonville turns it on in the second half and, per usual, Tennessee turns it off, leading to the Jags securing their second straight division title.
Final score prediction: Jaguars 24, Titans 10
