Tennessee Titans fans had yet another reason for concern going into Week 18 when rookie wideout Treylon Burks popped up on the injury report with a groin issue on Wednesday and was ultimately listed as limited.
On Thursday, head coach Mike Vrabel revealed that Burks was held out of practice, but he did say he thought the Arkansas product would be OK.
“I think he’ll be OK,” Vrabel said, keeping it short and sweet as usual when it comes to injuries. “We held him out today.”
As of this writing, the Titans haven’t released their final injury report of the week, so it isn’t clear if Burks is questionable or good to go, but we would assume it’ll be the former.
This is a new injury for Burks, who has missed six games this season, four because of turf toe and two because of a concussion.

It goes without saying how important Burks is. He’s the best receiver by a wide margin on arguably the worst receiving corps. in the NFL and this offense just doesn’t operate the same without him.
Check back with Titans Wire later for the full final injury report, which should come out around 3:00 p.m. CDT the latest. The Titans will hold a walk-through on Friday, so we could get more injury updates then.
