After the Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints pulled off a trade that saw each team exchange draft picks, things could get shaken up a bit in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft.
The trade saw Philly send three picks (Nos. 16 and 19, and 194) to the Saints for three New Orleans selections (Nos. 18, 101 and 237) in this year’s draft, as well as a 2023 first-round pick and a 2024 second-round pick.
After the deal, Touchdown Wire’s Doug Farrar released his latest mock draft and pegged Ohio State wide receiver Chris Olave to the Tennessee Titans.
Olave is one of five receivers I’d be very happy seeing the Titans come away with in Round 1. The others include Garrett Wilson, Jameson Williams, Treylon Burks and Drake London.
The Ohio State product would be a great fit in Tennessee’s offense and the perfect complement to what could be a long-time running mate in A.J. Brown.
4.26u, holy moly.@OhioStateFB WR @chrisolave_ with a jaw-dropping 40.

Olave, who is already a fantastic route-runner, can line up all over the field (outside or in the slot), and has the top-notch speed to be the deep threat Tennessee’s offense needs.
If all five of the aforementioned receivers are off the board, the Titans would be wise not to reach for others and instead go with an offensive lineman. In Farrar’s mock, the Titans had a choice of Texas A&M’s Kenyon Green and Central Michigan’s Bernhard Raimann, two other Day 1 possibilities.
