The Tennessee Titans added yet another to their long list of players currently on the injured reserve list.
The team announced on Monday that is has placed outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi in IR, meaning he’ll miss at least the next four games. Adeniyi, who hasn’t played since Week 2, has been dealing with a neck injury.
With Adeniyi added, the Titans’ IR list is now 12 players deep.
While the team didn’t announce the move today, the Titans are signing safety Josh Thompson off the Jacksonville Jaguars’ practice squad, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Thompson has yet to appear in a game.
It has been a busy day for the Titans, who not only swapped out Josh Gordon for C.J. Board on the practice squad, but also announced the details of their agreement on a new stadium with the city of Nashville.
Coming off a bye, Tennessee will host the Indianapolis Colts in Week 7.
