Titans’ Harold Landry feels great, is unsure if he’ll play in preseason finale

Tennessee Titans outside linebacker Harold Landry is currently making his way back from a torn ACL suffered last year, and by all accounts he’s been doing well and hasn’t had any setbacks during training camp.

After practice on Tuesday, Landry said he’s feeling good and he doesn’t even think about his knee anymore.

“I feel great, I feel like camp’s going great,” Landry said, per Jim Wyatt. “Everyday I come out here, you obviously know it’s not going to be perfect, but I’m just focusing on taking advantage of all the reps that I get and getting to where I need to get to come that first game.”

While Landry is squarely on track to play in Week 1, head coach Mike Vrabel hinted the Boston College product might see some snaps in the preseason finale on Friday night.

Landry didn’t give a definitive answer on if he’d play and said he’ll leave that up to Vrabel. He also explained the possible benefit of suiting up against the New England Patriots in preseason Week 3.

“Probably just the chance to tackle live, it’s been awhile since I’ve done that,” he said, per ESPN’s Turron Davenport. “I’m kind of indifferent when it comes to the preseason games but obviously I trust Vrabes’ judgement and what he sees in me as a player right now. If he thinks it would benefit me to go out there then obviously I’ll be out there.”
