The Tennessee Titans are planning on wearing their Houston Oilers throwbacks for a home game during the 2023 campaign.
As fans wait for the official reveal, the team is dropping teaser videos during the offseason, with the first coming early last month that featured a black oil barrel with the words “coming summer 2023” written on the front.
The Titans were back at it again on Tuesday morning, releasing their second teaser video for the throwbacks in as many months.
This one had a bit more detail, though, as it showed a helmet being pulled out of a barrel of oil, which still had the words “coming summer 2023” written on it.

As far as when the Titans will wear their throwbacks during the season, that remains to be seen.
However, there has been some thought that perhaps the team could rock them against the Houston Texans, which would be awesome considering the fan base’s frustration with the Titans owning Oilers history.
