After recently making the trade with the Kansas City Chiefs for cornerback L’Jarius Sneed official, the Tennessee Titans will hold an introductory press conference for him on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. CT.
The Titans reportedly completed the trade a little over one week ago, and the deal saw them send the Chiefs a 2025 third-round draft pick while also swapping 2024 seventh-round selections.
Tennessee inked Sneed to a four-year, $76.4 million extension, per reports. The annual average ranks seventh at the position, and the $55 million guaranteed ranks fifth, per Over the Cap.
We’re still waiting on the full contract breakdown, but on the surface that is a fair deal for one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL.

Sneed now joins a Titans secondary that includes 2024 free-agent signings Chidobe Awuzie, and 2022 second-round pick Roger McCreary, who made a successful switch to the slot in 2023.
On paper, the Titans are set to have one of the better cornerbacks rooms in the NFL, which is a far cry from what they were working with last season.
