Titanic sub implosion: Experts explain why remains are so big amid curiosity over 'vaporised' wreck

Large parts of the Titan tourist submersible have been recovered from the ocean after a fatal implosion that killed all five people on board.

The OceanGate Expeditions vessel was supposed to reach the bottom of the sea to view the Titanic shipwreck, but it lost contact around one hour and 45 minutes after being submerged last Sunday.

A major search and rescue operation was launched before debris from the vessel was eventually recovered.
