TIRUPATI: After recently expanding several roads crisscrossing in old Tirupati that awaited action for more than three decades, municipal corporation of Tirupati (MCT) has taken up widening of two prominent stretches that are considered serious bottlenecks in the old town.
A vital link road from Tilak road to Thathayagunta area is being developed via Mallaiahgunta Katta and Jabbar layout for a distance of 400 metres, which is expected to provide the much-needed relief for road users.
