A mum and daughter who bought a tea room one day before it was set to close are marking a year serving hungry guests.
Rebecca Richardson, 41, and Margaret Richardson spearhead Nostalgia Tea Room. It's a boutique venue offering customers a moment in time, with a beautiful ornate interior, china and staff dressed in Victorian costumes who serve you while you sit.
The venue fell into the family's hands by luck after it was set to close just over a year ago. Rebecca told the ECHO how a recommendation spurred her to give the venue a visit herself which is when she fell in love with the building and business.
