Rent feeling like cash down the drain? This flat may be tiny - but it'll only have you spending a few pennies.
The miniature apartment is so small that you can cook your dinner while on the toilet.
At just six square metres, the pad in Shanghai, China, started life as a storage unit until it was converted into a living space.
Humbly boasting a modest shower and what appears to be a washing machine, the pokey two-window flat has been advertised by an estate agent - named only as Mr Li - as a "temporary shelter".
It's currently on the renting market for CNY 380 per month - approximately £46.
But claustrophobics need not apply, as the flat's only seating is either on a single bed wedged between two walls or by answering nature's call.
The shower meanwhile is merely a sprinkler head on a hose leading from the kitchen sink.
And speaking of bedrooms and bathrooms, any tenants won't have to walk far when getting up in the middle of the night with said toilet being just a mere step from the end of the bed.
In a promotional video shown on Douyin - China's version of TikTok - one brave resident can be seen preparing a snack on the kitchen worktop while he squats on the toilet.
Social media users have slammed the "all-inclusive" apartment listing, dubbing it a "rat hole" which falls far below what should be the standard of living.
One social media user commented on the video, writing: "Living there will make you lose human dignity."
Another user said: "It is smaller than a cell in a high-security prison."
