The start of training camp for the Los Angeles Lakers is just days away, and they look to be set for a season to remember.
After being saddled with a substandard roster during the 2021-22 season and the first half of last year, they now possess plenty of firepower and parts that fit well. In LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Austin Reaves, D’Angelo Russell, Rui Hachimura and Christian Wood, they have six legitimate scoring threats, something that seemed unimaginable back in January.

Media day is always an interesting opportunity to hear what players have worked on during the offseason and what the coaching staff may be looking to implement. The team will have some interesting decisions to make as far as its regular rotation and perhaps even one or two spots in its starting lineup.
