Tim Sherwood has insisted he could see Leeds United attacker Raphinha making the switch to Tottenham next season. The Brazilian forward has been often been seen as a shining light for Leeds this campaign, with their still question marks over his immediate future at Elland Road.
With the Whites dramatically leaving it late to snatch victory against Norwich City last time out, it is thought new boss Jesse Marsch is keen on the attacker. The former Rennes man has now started all three games under the new Leeds boss.
Having also found the net nine times as well as registering three assists during the 2021/22 campaign thus far, Raphinha has also broken into the Brazil national team, making his debut against Venezuela last year. With clubs including Bayern Munich also said to be interested in the 24-year-old, Sherwood has hinted he would welcome any advances his former employer would make for the player this summer.

“[It will be] very difficult to keep him. I’m not exaggerating to say he could play anywhere in the Premier League. There is not a team he wouldn’t fit. It depends how regularly he wants to play, and Leeds’ ambition,'' began the 53-year-old, as he spoke on the Analysis Show.
“He is only going to be a lot of money to buy, but it is worth it. He has shown that he can play in the Premier League, a low-risk signing. I’d like to have him at Tottenham, I think he’d be a great player at Tottenham.”
Leeds are still firmly in the hunt to remain in the Premier League this season, and travel to Wolves on Friday evening looking to follow up on last weekend's late victory. Marsch will for sure have his work cut out as the Whites endure a difficult end to the season too, facing Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea in their last nine games.
