Strictly Come Dancing's Tilly Ramsay joined co-stars Sara Davies and Nadiya Bychkova for a dip in the ice-cold sea on the latest leg of their tour.
Tilly, whose father is Scots telly chef Gordon Ramsay, braved the freezing conditions at Tynemouth beach in Newcastle this morning.
And as she and her friends ran into the sea onlookers grinned as they were heard screaming at the shock of the water.
TV presenter Rhys Stephenson and pro dancers Neil Jones and Nikita Kuzmin also joined them for the high jinx as they donned their swimming cossies.
Dragon's Den star Sara wrote on her Instagram feed: "The ‘before, during and after’ shots! Took some of the gang to Tynemouth beach this morning for a dip in the sea……was bloody freezing but absolutely incredible! So invigorating!"
She also explained: "So you're not going to believe what I've managed to talk the guys into.
"Going wild swimming in the sea at Tynemouth beach. Nobody has a wetsuit. Some of them don't even have swimming costumes, but we're going."
Later, the dancers who appear in Glasgow's Hydro on February 5-7 got cost with some hot drinks at a nearby café.
