A TikTok user has shared a clip that shows a "travel hack" that allows airline passengers to take extra hand luggage on board their flight.
With many Scots preparing to jet off for some summer sun over the next few months, it can be difficult to try and fit everything you want to carry on the plane into one container.
The TikTok clip, which was posted by user @claireandpeter, reveals how to avoid this problem — and all that is needed are Krispy Kreme doughnut boxes.

By packing items into the boxes, they claim that you can take extra baggage onto your plane.
In the video, the TikTok user states: "Airlines don't want you to know this travel hack."
It continues: "If you pack in Krispy Kreme doughnut boxes you can have up to four carry ons for free."
Since being posted, the clip has received more than 126,000 likes and over 200 comments from other users giving their thoughts.
One said: "My god. Please don’t do this. I already feel like I can’t find overhead space."
A second exclaimed: "Lifesaving hack! TYSM!"
"I can confirm this, my sister was on a plane headed to England and a guy brought 2 boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts on the plane lol," shared a third.
Others were less convinced, however, with one commenting: "Not true whatsoever!"
A second revealed: "I saw this on a flight from Thailand to Cambodia and they got pretty smashed up."
