If you are a fan of fake-tanning, there’s a new hack that’s predicted to become “a new trend” when it comes to tanning your face. If you’re tired of using fake tan on your face and are looking for a more natural glow, one beauty vlogger has revealed a new hack to achieve the look using a men’s product which costs just £12.
There are a myriad of products out there aimed at tanning your face such as tanning waters and drops, but a lot of people don’t like how it looks or lasts on the skin.
However, beauty TikToker sashct has revealed her trick to getting the perfect face tan and it involves using L'Oreal Men Expert Hydra Energetic Healthy Look Hydrating Tinted Gel Moisturiser.
In the video which has over 250k views, Sash says she prefers to use the men’s tan gel for a more natural look.
While Sash bought the product in Boots, it seems to be no longer available online, however they can be bought for £12 on ASOS.
“It’s literally like an actual tan and I just use it on my face before I wear make-up or if I’m just having a no-makeup day.
“It’s really good for under make-up because it makes your skin really tacky like a primer,” she said.
While she did add that there is a strong “masculine scent” from the tanning drops, she thinks they’re “really good” and likes how it gives a “healthy glow.”
“It gives you such a nice tan, and it’s not fake tan so it’s not going to be all over your hands,” she said.
Self-tanners were in awe of the product and TikTok user Aifrín said “You’re about to start a new trend.”
Graces.faces_ commented: “These look unreal omg” while Megan Davies said: “These are the BEST.”
Those that reviewed the product on ASOS said: “It gives you a healthy slightly tanned looking face . No orange tones.”
Another reviewer said: “I’m so glad I found this moisturiser. I use it In the mornings as part of my skincare routine and it gives me a lovely glow. People comment how well I look after using it. Will definitely buy more if this.”
While another added: “Product is great at giving you a subtle healthy glow.”
