Brazilian TikTok creator Duda Alves died aged 22 on 13 September 2026, just weeks after breast reduction surgery and days after posting about her recovery. Police in Brazil are investigating the circumstances of her death and have not publicly disclosed a final cause.

Alves had discussed pain, vomiting and unwelcome online comments connected to the procedure in recent videos. No authority has publicly linked the surgery, her reported recovery symptoms or her medical treatment to her death.
