Researchers have found a number of locations in Scotland to be among the most desirable in the UK, using TikTok views and searches.
The experts noted that the UK is home to a number of desirable properties and postcodes with many of these offering a blend of stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings.
After completing the research, it was revealed that dozens of Scottish towns made the top 60 to be among the most desired places to live.
Areas in Argyll and Bute, Aberdeenshire, East Lothian and Fife were named in this list compiled by the experts over at Freeofficefinder.com.

Isle of Mull, Braemar and Craigellachie named among most desirable places
In Scotland, the Isle of Mull took the top spot with more than five million views on the short-form video app TikTok.
The Isle of Mull, off the west coast of Scotland, offers breathtaking scenery, diverse wildlife and plenty of outdoor activities as well as stunning beaches.
Many have praised the location for attractions like the Tobermory Distillery on Tripadvisor, with one reviewer saying: "We had a very personal tour of this small distillery, albeit fast because we had to catch our bus back to the ferry, and came away more knowledgeable about the Scotch making history."
Next was the small town of Braemar in north east with its proximity to the beautiful Cairngorms mountain range and plentiful outdoor activities such as walking, biking, skiing, and golf.
Craigellachie in Moray gained 623,800 views and offers a peaceful, rural lifestyle with stunning views of the surrounding landscape, whilst also providing a busy village atmosphere with its pubs and shops that are available.
