Tiffany Watson shared heart-breaking photos of herself in hospital while she was secretly suffering a miscarriage last year, after revealing her heartache on Made In Chelsea.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the reality star, 28, thanked her loved ones and followers for the "amazing" support that they have given her as she shared a series of photos from discovering she was pregnant to be in hospital.
Among the snaps Tiff shared were a positive pregnancy test, an ultrasound scan and a photo of her in a hospital gown having miscarried.
Wanting to show her appreciation, she wrote: "Overwhelmed by the amount of amazing, supportive messages I’ve received regarding the miscarriage I sadly suffered last year.
"So many of you reaching out to say you’ve been through or going through the exact same.
"I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t tempted to keep it quiet, not speak about it, pretend it never happened, but I realised if women continue to do this it’s going to continue to be a taboo topic and that needs to change.
"In the U.K. it is estimated that 1 in 4 pregnancies will end in miscarriage.
"If me sharing my personal story helps just one other going through the same, then that makes me happy.
"I have shared the full story on the latest episode of @whatwedontpostpodcast for those who want to know more.
"Thank you to my amazing boyfriend, my family, my friends, the NHS and all you guys on here for being so supportive, it means the [world emoji] #1in4
Last week, Tiffany said that she had felt "low" not long after she and Cameron McGeehan got engaged last October.
She told Olivia about the moment she discovered she was pregnant.
"Basically, at the end of last year, I found out I was pregnant, which came as a massive surprise because we weren't trying or anything," she said.
"And then you lost it?" Olivia asked, before Tiffany burst into tears.

"I haven't told anyone," she said, "I've only told my family".
"And then I had really, really bad morning sickness. It was awful morning sickness. And then I woke up one day and the morning sickness was completely gone. I was like, this is weird. Then I started feeling really normal."
A doctor later confirmed that Tiffany had suffered a miscarriage.
