HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats promoted Craig Butler to special-teams co-ordinator Monday while adding Jason Phillips and Jykine Bradley to head coach Orlondo Steinuaer's staff.
Butler had served as Hamilton defensive backs coach and assistant special-teams co-ordinator. He was promoted to special-teams co-ordinator after Jeff Reinebold left to join the Montreal Alouettes.
Bradley will embark in his first season as Hamilton's defensive backs coach, with Butler assisting. Phillips will serve as receivers coach as Jarryd Baines will switch from that post to running backs coach.
Steinauer is also Hamilton's president of football operations. The remainder of his staff includes Tommy Condell (offensive co-ordinator, quarterbacks), Mark Washington (defensive co-ordinator), Mike Gibson (offensive line), Robin Ross (linebackers) and Randy Melvin (defensive line).
