Thug who killed ‘gentle’ engineer on Tube may serve less than six years in prison

A Tube passenger who killed a “gentle” commuter with one punch in revenge after he brushed past him on an escalator is set to serve less than six years in jail.

Rakeem Miles grabbed AI engineer Samuel Winter, 28, from behind and ripped his top at Southwark Underground station in south London.
