A man threatened to stab bus passengers as he demanded them to hand over their money.
Police were made aware of the robbery, at around 11am on Tuesday, June 20, on a bus travelling between Runcorn and Widnes. The three victims boarded the bus in Runcorn and sat at the back.
They were then approached by a stranger, who claimed he had a knife, and demanded they turned over their cash. The man threatened to stab the passengers, although no knife was seen, police said.
