Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has taken to social media to voice strong criticism of leadership, posting claims about protests and calling for dramatic political action.
The Georgia congresswoman shared a video on her social media account that showed crowds of people in what appeared to be a major demonstration. The post came as thousands of protesters gathered in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities on July 22-23, 2025. These demonstrations marked the first major anti-government protests in Ukraine since Russia began its full-scale invasion over three years ago. However, Greene’s interpretation of these events differed significantly from what reporters on the ground observed.
