A three-year-old has died after reportedly being struck by a ride-on lawn mower on the New South Wales Far South Coast over the weekend.
Police officers were called to Pambula District Hospital on Saturday at about 12:30pm after the child was brought in with severe injuries.
Police said the toddler was taken to the hospital but could not be saved.
NSW Ambulance has confirmed paramedics attended the incident.
Crime scenes have been established at both the hospital and at a property in South Pambula, south-east of Bega.
Investigations are ongoing and a report is being prepared for the Coroner.
