Three-year-old child 'on motorbike without helmet' as Scots joyriders 'tear up' park

Scots joyriding yobs took a three-year-old child for a ride on a motorbike, it has been claimed.

Frustrated locals in Sighthill, Edinburgh, say their lives have been made a misery in recent years by the anti-social behaviour and the problem has gotten worse in recent weeks.

The three-year-old child was spotted sitting on the front of a motorbike with no helmet on.
