Three-time world champion Douglas Lima will fight No.3-ranked welterweight Jason Jackson in the co-main event at Bellator London.
The ex-champion is ranked at No.2 in the division after losing first his belt to Yaroslav Amosov and then his top contender position to Michael Page last year.
Amosov and Page will square off in the main event at the OVO Arena Wembley on May 13, with Lima and Jackson fighting for what will likely be the next shot immediately beforehand.
Jackson is currently riding an impressive five-fight winning streak that includes victory over former UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson as well as the legendary Paul Daley.
Lima is still believed to be one of the best welterweights in the world despite recent results, and was only narrowly beaten by split decision when he faced off with Page in the same venue last October.
He has lost his last three bouts, also taking a defeat in his effort to become double champion against middleweight Gegard Mousasi in 2020, but is sure to excite fans in London.
Also featuring on the card are hometown fan favourites Luke Trainer and Alfie Davis, who will return to the Bellator cage in front of a rowdy London crowd.
Trainer, the unbeaten prospect from Stevenage, will face the monstrous six-and-a-half-foot Simon Biyong in yet another step up in the professional ranks.
The Cameroonian is a former EFC champion, and has picked up a win in Rizin, offering the toughest test of 25-year-old Trainer's young career.
Davis, from Wembley, will look to get back to winning ways against veteran Tim Wilde.
He shipped his first loss under the Bellator banner last year against Alexander Shabliy, but the 29-year-old who trains with Page at London Shootfighters has never lost twice in a row in his career.
Joining the event as well is fellow English fighter Kate Jackson, who takes on Greek Elina Kallionidou in a preliminary bout.

The event has already seen a number of fascinating match-ups made, not least Page finally being granted his world title shot against the unbeaten Amosov.
The flyweight division's world title picture will look a lot clearer after No.3-ranked Denise Kielholtz faces No.4 Kana Watanabe on the main card.
Kielholtz recently faced the unbeaten world champion Juliana Velasquez, and took her to a split decision in one of the most exciting bouts of her career.
More fights will be added in the coming weeks to the massive London event; which will be their second broadcast on BBC Three after signing a new deal last week.
The promotion have cheekily branded the event as "the most stacked in London this year", a slight nod to the UFC's return in March.
