Rangers warmed up for their European date with destiny against St Johnstone during a comfortable 4-0 Premiership victory.
Malik Tillman rose highest to score an emphatic header in Tuesday's storming 3-0 win over Union-Saint Gilloise and this time it was Saints goalkeeper Remi Matthews he towered over to put Rangers in front.
That put them in fuller control than they already were and Antonio Colak's third in as many games fully finished things of in Govan with Scott Arfield and Tom Lawrence adding insult to injury. It makes it three wins from three opening domestic matches this season for Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
The eyes of some fans were already on their next fixture but now everyone can turn their attention to a Champions League play-off first leg versus PSV after their 3-2 aggregate success over Union was confirmed midweek.

Flying high
There was a Tillman jump challenge for fans outside Ibrox this afternoon, that's how high he rose against Union. Again he showed incredible basketball-like athleticism to show he is the man to meet in the box with a cross.
Injury fears eased
There was concern amongst some when Kent wasn't included in the XI against Saints, so soo after making his comeback from injury. But van Bronckhorst has confirmed it's only in a bid to keep him fully fresh
Domination
Outside one chance in the first half, this was never one Rangers looked likely to lose. 22 shots and 71% of possession to St Johnstone's four and 29 were evidence enough that it was one-way traffic in Glasgow. More of this will no doubt come on home soil.
